I was born and raised in the South, where Southern Hospitality was an intricate part of my upbringing. Food to me represents my history of bringing family and friends all in the same place to sit around and enjoy something that’s comforting. Watching everyone laugh, tell stories, and feel like they can be themselves is what inspires me to cook. I enjoy learning about new dishes, and being able to put my own spin on it. I just want to bring a piece of home to wherever I go and share it with others. As I have gotten older, I have grown a passion for Cars and Racing. Learning about the different builds, seeing all kinds of motor combinations come together, has sparked something in me to start building my own project cars. Food and cars have become a way for me to express myself and tell my story. There is
nothing like going to a drag race, and leaving full of adrenaline knowing that night I am going to create a good meal. So welcome to my world of Cookin n Carz.
